Shipping address and shipping instructions for the carbs are sent via eBay message just after purchase is made. They are sent manually by us so if you don't receive them right away, no worries. YOU SHIP YOUR CARBS TO US, WE PROFESSIONALLY CLEAN & REBUILD THEM, AND SHIP THEM BACK TO YOU READY TO RIDE

There is no time limits on the service, if you buy the service in January, you can send the carbs in July if you want. We understand life gets in the way. After 30 days, we cannot offer any refunds for services purchased and not used.

Your carbs will be ultrasonic cleaned twice, Before and after polishing. All surfaces are hand polished to make sure all surfaces are completely clean inside and out.

Brand NEW high-quality Japanese rebuild kits will be installed with all NEW Fuel and vent Orings,

All NEW float needle installed,

Float needle seat ultrasonic cleaned and polished,

carb is pressure tested to 5 psi.

NEW float bowl gasket installed,

New stainless steel fuel elbow installed

Slide and jet needle are fully ultrasonic cleaned and inspected and will leave working correctly and with no issues.

choke assembly is ultrasonic cleaned, polished and oiled. choke assembly will be in good smooth working order.

Main jet is cleaned inside and out then polished and ultrasonic cleaned again. Main jet sizes are confirmed to be factory correct sizes. All jets are flow tested.

IF ANY PARTS OUTSIDE OF THE NORMAL REBUILD KITS ARE FOUND TO BE DAMAGED OR WORN OUT OR MISSING you will be contacted immediately with pics, part numbers, prices, shipping times and how we can fix it.

Turn-around time is normally under 2 weeks, 3-4 weeks during the busy season, unless parts need to be ordered.

We do our best to make sure the customer knows what's happening with their carbs as its happening.

Your carbs will be Shipping back to you via USPS priority or UPS shipping with tracking number and full insurance is included. (Insurance coverage is the same price as the listing price as per eBay rules) We cannot insure for more than the cost of the service.

This service includes our full warranty. If you have any issues with the carbs we will help figure out the issue with the carbs still on the bike first, if we cannot figure it out, the carbs come back to us and we fix the issue at no charge.
